Digital Twin is a virtual model of a real object or process, which is created using different technologies such as VR, AR, IoT, etc. This application can be used in various industries, including the insurance company – to improve risk assessment processes and insurance payments, as well as improve customer service.

To create a startup project Digital Twin VR-application for the financial sector the following steps were carried out:

Market research and analysis. This step helped to determine the requirements for the functionality and the interface of the application based on the market analysis.
Gathering information about the company and processes in the financial sector. This provided a complete picture of the company and its needs in terms of VR application.
Development of the application concept, defining the target audience, main functionalities, and interface design. This step defined what functionality should be included in the application and what its interface would look like.
Designing the architecture of the application, and selecting the technology and development tools. In this step, the technology and tools that would be used in the development of the application were defined, and the architecture of the application was designed.
Development of the application. In this phase, the application was developed based on the previous phases.
Testing and debugging. In this step, tests and debugging processes were performed on the application to eliminate bugs and improve the quality.

After successfully completing testing and debugging, the finance company released the application and made it available on the market.

The results of the Digital Twin app in VR were significant from both technical and marketing perspectives. From a technical point of view, the app helps to improve risk assessment processes and improve customer service.

From a marketing perspective, the Digital Twin app helps to attract new customers and increase the loyalty of existing ones. In addition, such an app can become an innovative solution in the financial sector, which may increase a company’s competitiveness in the market.
