Participants embark on treasure hunts, solving various tasks and puzzles. Through the device’s camera, users can interact with virtual objects that seamlessly blend into the real environment, combining elements of learning, team skill development, and entertainment.
With GPS navigation, participants locate key points where new challenges await. AR technologies allow users to uncover hidden objects and clues that help them progress through the quest. Moreover, events can be customized to any location and theme, making each quest unique.
The app’s key features include navigation and tasks that may involve puzzles, brainteasers, and physical activities. Through the smartphone’s camera, users can interact with virtual objects hidden in the real world, including animated hints, 3D models, and hidden items. AR technology ensures immersive gameplay, making tasks more dynamic and engaging, while the app adapts to any scenario and location, offering unique quests for different teams and events. Advanced technologies were used in the development process. Unity serves as the core engine, providing cross-platform support and high performance. ARKit and ARCore enable surface recognition and motion tracking, while Vuforia supports image and object recognition. GPS and geolocation services are used for navigation and real-time location tracking, and Firebase ensures secure data storage, user authentication, and notification delivery. RESTful API facilitates communication between the client and server sides of the app. These technologies make our AR quest app reliable, convenient, and engaging for users, combining high performance, cross-platform compatibility, and data security.
